eNotary On Call is an online Notary platform that allows any person or business to get their documents legally notarized online on a 24/7 basis. eNotary On Call charges $14.95 for a single document. Every additional notary seal costs $6.

eNotary On Call is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and 365 days a year.

You need to have the following system requirements to get your documents notarized on eNotary On Call

  • A laptop or desktop with a webcam and audio
  • Compatible web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Any PDF reader

Yes, eNotary On Call allows multiple co-signers from different locations.

eNotary On Call has an integrated e-signature pad that requires no hardware from your end.

You can sign on white paper during the notarization and show it on the camera while the Notary captures that image and validates it. Alternatively, you can also use the e-signature pad on eNotary On Call which redirects you to a different tab that allows you to sign directly using your mouse. The same signature will be used accordingly on the documents.

Yes, we have successfully and legally notarized documents from almost every state in the US.

All of our notary professionals are properly licensed and representative of the state.

No, eNotary On Call only charges a fee for a successful transaction. If we are unable to notarize a document, the session will be expired without any cost to you.

eNotary On Call has a partnership with a 3rd party provider to ensure the signer's identity. Identity verification requires two steps.

First, the signer must answer specific questions to confirm their identity.

Second, the signer must photograph the front and back of their identity document using the device camera and show it to the Notary for verification purposes.

You can notarize any document permitted by your state for online notarization. Each state’s laws are different for notarization. If it's legal to perform remote notary service on it in your state, you can sign it on eNotary On Call.

First, you’ll schedule an appointment with an available notary on the eNotary On Call website. After sending an invitation for a remote online notarization session, the signer goes through the pre-signing steps: Open an email with the invitation, upload a document, complete identity verification and credential analysis, then submit payment details. The notary will invite the signer to connect when the signer is ready for the notarization session.

The cost for remote online notarization of a single document with one notary seal is nominal. Before beginning the online notarization session, you must enter your credit/debit card details. eNotary On Call pre-authorizes the credit/debit card. The payment is processed once the notarization is successfully completed.

To provide simple and secure access, each document is assigned a unique ID. In order for an interested person to retrieve a particular document and (if authorized to do so) its associated video recording, a recipient or receiving institution must share the provided retrieval instructions and necessary security credentials. Using these, the notarized document and related records can be accessed on our platform.

In 2011, with the passage of House Bill 2318/Senate Bill 827, Virginia became the first state to authorize its notaries to notarize documents remotely via live audio-video technology. Since then, numerous states have passed laws authorizing their notaries to perform online notarizations. These online notarizations are accepted across the country due to a long-standing body of laws in each state that specifically provides for recognition and acceptance of out-of-state notarizations. In addition to laws in each state recognizing and accepting common out-of-state notarizations, the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Constitution may provide an additional basis for states to accept out of state notarizations. Documents notarized on the eNotary On Call platform are electronically signed by the signer(s) and the notary. Certain states and public agencies have specific additional requirements and limitations for accepting electronically-signed documents and out-of-state notarizations, and not all documents may be electronically-signed.
