Accessibility

At eNotary On Call, we are dedicated to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.

Our Progress Toward Accessibility

Our Commitment to Accessibility
We are continually working to enhance our accessibility efforts. Currently, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is widely recognized as the standard for digital accessibility. While we are still progressing toward complete site-wide compliance, we have taken significant steps in this direction. Notably, we have obtained a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), demonstrating our platform's compliance for signer experiences.

Accessible Notarization Services
Both eNotary On Call and our network of notaries adhere to state-specific notarial laws. These regulations require video notarization sessions to be recorded. Despite these legal requirements, we are consistently exploring ways to make remote online notarization more accessible.

We understand that in-person notarization can be challenging for individuals with disabilities. Whether it’s difficulty hearing, speaking, or traveling, eNotary On Call is committed to breaking these barriers. Our platform simplifies the notarization process, enabling you to complete it from the comfort of your home.

To enhance accessibility, we have implemented features such as in-meeting chat, which allows seamless communication with the notary without requiring verbal interaction.
